My 7 year old son is a picky eater. But, any association with Super-heroes makes dishes a bonus! Here is my latest creation that incorporated spinach, AKA, a dinner that even the Hulk would love!

Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole Wheat Linguine Pasta, thin variety

Step 1

Cook linguine per instructions.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, leftovers, cut into cubes
  • 3 cups Frozen Spinach
  • Garlic Salt

Step 2

While this is being done, take chicken and spinach and heat through in a large skillet. Sprinkle with a little garlic salt if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bottled Alfredo Sauce, thinned with 1 1/2 cup non-fat milk

Step 3

Pour Alfredo sauce and milk in with the chicken and spinach. Heat through until well combined.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Shredded Cheese, white cheese
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives
  • Salt & Pepper

Step 4

Add cheese and black olives. Simmer for a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine mixture with linguine.
