Hemp-Raisin Spread

"This dip combines the sweetness of raisins with the nutty flavor of hemp seeds"



  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 Medjool Dates, pitted

Step 1

Soak raisins and dates in water to cover for at least 1 hour to overnight.

Step 2

Strain raisins and dates, and put in a blender or food processor.


  • 1 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 18 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 12 teaspoon Cinnamon, or to taste

Step 3

Add hemp seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Blend on high speed for 20 seconds. Chunks are okay

Step 4

Serve with flax crackers or as layer in a live pie.
