Honey Spice Chicken

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinless, breast halves
  • 12 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Place chicken breast between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; pound to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or small heavy skillet. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with five-spice powder and salt.


  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • 14 cup Dry Sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. WHile chicken cooks, stir together sherry and honey in a small bowl. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Add honey mixture to pan; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until liquid thickens. Return chicken to pan; spoon honey mixture over chicken to glaze.
