Honeydew - Kiwi Frappe

  • 12 Honeydew Melon

Step 1

Peel and seed the melon, and cut it into chunks. (You should have about 3 cups)


  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1 Lime

Step 2

Peel and quarter the kiwis. Peel, quarter, and seed the lime.


  • 12 tablespoon Agave Nectar, (plus more if needed)
  • 4 cups Ice Cubes

Step 3

Put the melon, kiwis, lime, agave, and ice in a blender, and process until smooth. Taste for sweetness, and add a little more agave if needed.


  • Kiwi Slices, for garnish

Step 4

Pour the frappe into chilled glasses, garnish with kiwi slices, and serve.
