Hot Fudge Sauce

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 package Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares, 8 squares
  • 1⁄4 cup Butter, 1/2 stick

Step 1

Place chocolate & butter in a large microwavable bowl & microwave on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup Milk
  • 1⁄2 cup Whipping Cream

Step 2

Add sugar, milk & cream; stir until well-blended. Microwave 5 minutes or until mixture is thick & sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 3

Stir in vanilla.
