IP D Cauliflower And Mushroom Soup

  • 2 packages Frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 12 cup Water
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Step 1

Put two packages of frozen cauliflower and a package of fresh mushrooms in the Instant Pot. Add about a half cup of water and two tablespoons butter. Cook on manual 6 minutes and then NPR.


  • 1 cup Half and Half, more or less, to taste
  • 12 cup Water, adjust for consistency
  • 1 dash Cumin
  • 14 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, more or less to taste
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 dash Dried Basil

Step 2

Add half and half, some more water, cumin, ground basil, parsley, some shaved Parmesan cheese and a bit of cayenne. With immersion blender, blend all to a smooth and velvety consistency. Added more liquid if necessary.
