Impossible Pumpkin Pie

A family favorite at Thanksgiving.



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees


  • 12 cup Sugar
  • 14 cup Brown Sugar
  • 16 ounces Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk, (1 can)
  • 12 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract, pure
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Step 2

Grease a 9" pie plate and set aside. Combine all ingredients in blender, food processor, or a large bowl. Cover and blend or process on high for 1 minute, or beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes, until mixture is smooth.

Step 3

Pour into prepared pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. 8 servings
