Italian Mashed Potatoes

  • 6 Russet Potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks

Step 1

Place the potatoes into a large pot, cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, simmer until tender, about 20 min. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two. Return the drained potatoes to the pot.


  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Step 2

Pour the vegetable broth and all seasonings over the potatoes; mash. Add salt, to taste. Serve hot.
