Italian Meatballs

  • 4 slices Dry Bread

Step 1

Soak bread in water for 2-3 minutes then squeeze out moisture.


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 12 cup Grated Romano
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Step 2

Combine soaked bread with remaining ingredients; mixing well. form small balls (about 20). brown slowly in 2 tbsp hot olive. add to sauce.
