Jalapeno Cheese Biscuits

Jalapeno Cheese Biscuits

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.


  • 2 Jalapenos, or canned jalapenos

Step 2

Cut jalapenos lengthwise into halves, discard seeds, chop finely.


  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 23 cup Milk
  • 12 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 14 cup Butter, melted

Step 3

Combine bisquick mix, milk and cheddar, mix well. Add jalapenos and butter. Beat with mixer set to high speed for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Drop dough by spoonfuls 2" apart on 2 ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Brush with butter, serve immediately.
