Keto New England Clam Chowder

  • 3 cups Radish, quartered

Step 1

Steam radishes 8-10 minutes, or until fork tender.


  • 8 slices Smoked Bacon, hickory

Step 2

Chop bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Drain bacon pieces and set aside on paper towels.


  • 2 stalks Celery, diced

Step 3

Fry celery in bacon grease until it starts to become soft.


  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 14 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthum Gum
  • 1 12 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 12 cups Coconut Milk, unsweetened
  • 8 ounces Clam Juice

Step 4

Add the garlic and spices. Stir and cook for about a minute. Stir in the liquid ingredients. Sprinkle in the xantham gum. Cook until the mixture begins to simmer.


  • 10 ounces Canned Whole Baby Clams
  • 1 can Canned Chopped Clams
  • 1 can Canned Minced Clams
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley

Step 5

Add clams, radishes, bacon, and parsley. Heat again until just at a simmer.
