Lamb Kofte Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion, half grated, half thinly sliced
  • 12 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • pinch Ground Cloves, crushed
  • 12 small Parsley, bunch, chopped
  • Lettuce, round, a few leaves
  • Houmous, to serve
  • Chili Sauce, to serve
  • 4 Flat Bread, to serve
  • 250 grams Lamb, mince

Step 1

Put the lamb mince in a bowl with the grated onion, cumin, cloves, garlic and parsley. Mix really well then form into little oval meatballs. Fry in a non-stick frying pan for about 10 minutes, turning until cooked through. Pile the koftes into the flatbreads with the rest of the ingredients and the sliced red onion.
