Lamb and Chorizo Chile

An especially rich, decadent chile.



  • 1 link Chorizo
  • 13 pound Ground Lamb
  • 1 clove Garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, to taste
  • 14 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, to taste

Step 1

Brown together in stock pot the meat, onion, garlic, and seasonings. Do not break up meat until browned to preserve larger chunks.


  • 1 can Chile Seasoned Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes for Chile

Step 2

Add beans and tomatoes. Simmer at least until heated.
