Lemon Italian Chicken With Noodles

don't be afraid to use zoodles instead of regular pasta



  • 3 cups Noodles, uncooked

Step 1

Cook noodles per package directions omitting salt.


  • 12 cup Bottled Italian Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

Step 2

Mix dressing and lemon zest until blended.


  • 4 small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Step 3

Heat 1/4 cup of dressing mix in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cook 7-8 minuteson each sideor until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.


  • 3 cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced and halved
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper

Step 4

Add veges and remaining dressing to skillet; cook 5 minutes or untilveges are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.


  • 1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step 5

Drain noodles. serve topped with chicken vege mix and cheese.
