Lemony Blueberry Layered Pie

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 cup Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, condensed milk and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth.


  • 3 38 ounces Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest, fresh
  • 12 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 21 ounces Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 9 inches Graham Cracker Pie Crust Shell

Step 2

Add pudding mix, lemon zest and lemon juice; mix until well blended. Spoon about half of blueberry pie filling evenly on bottom of graham cracker crust. Spoon lemon-filling mixture on top and spread evenly. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

Step 3

Spoon remaining blueberry fruit filling on top just before serving. Garnish with fresh lemon zest if desired.
