Ingredients

  • 1 head Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, washed and torn in pieces
  • 2 large Roma Tomato, diced
  • 1 can Black Olives, cut in half
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 5 slices Deli Ham, diced
  • 2 large Carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large English Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Green Onion, optional
  • Fresh Cilantro, optional

Step 1

Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
