Long Grain And Wild Rice Salad

  • 12 cup Long Grain Brown Rice, uncooked
  • 14 cup Wild Rice, uncooked

Step 1

Cook rices in different sauce pans as directed on packages.Cool slightly.


  • 23 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 12 cup Walnut Pieces, roasted
  • 2 Green Onions, diagonally sliced
  • 12 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 12 cup Red Wine Vinaigrette

Step 2

Mix rice, blue cheese, cranberries, walnuts and onioms in a medium bowl. Add dressing then mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour letting flavors to mix and mingle. Serve on lettuce or as lettuce wraps.
