Low-Fat Hummus Sandwich

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 34 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 6 cloves Garlic, to taste
  • 2 cups Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas), drained, rinsed, and cooked

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Add water if needed to make smooth consistency.
