Mango Lassi (popular traditional Indian yogurt based drink) now even better for you by using greek yogurt. Delish!

Directions

Ingredients

  • 4 Ataulfo Mangos, ataulfo mangos are smaller and sweeter, you could use 2 regular sized-mangos.
  • 34 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. We think it is sweet enough with 1 tsp Stevia, add more if it isn't sweet enough for you.
