Mango-Melonberry Salad With Honeyloupe Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2" Slices Honeydew, cubed
  • 18 Cantaloupe Balls
  • 1 Peach, cut into 12 slices
  • 6 Strawberries, halved
  • 1 small Mango, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1 Pear, peeled & cut into 12 sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Honeydew Chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen Cantaloupe Chunks

Step 1

Arrange fresh fruit on 1 or 2 plates. Run frozen melon separately through juicer using blank instead of juicing screen. Top fruit arrangement(s) with scoops of honeydew ice and cantaloupe ice. Serves 3.
