Marinated Feta Cheese with Chipotle Peppers and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Directions

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Feta Cheese, broken into 2 inch chunks
  • 2 Chipotle Chile Peppers, split lengthwise
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, halved
  • 8 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 3 strips Lemon Peel, 2 inch strips
  • 4 ounces Sun-Dried Tomato

Step 1

Add feta pieces to a clean pint jar, alternately stacking with rosemary, thyme, chiles, tomatoes, and lemon peel.

Ingredients

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Step 2

Top with a few turns of freshly ground pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed

Step 3

Pour oil into the jar until cheese is submerged.
 

Step 4

Let sit in refrigerator for a few days until ready to eat. Consume within 2 to 3 weeks.
