Mashed Rutabaga Potato Supreme |
|
Submitted by: Monki Chef
"Mashed Potatoes are good but rutabaga mashed potatoes are supreme. The carrot gives this puree some color and a nice hint of sweetness. If you don't want to use milk in this recipe, you can substitute 1/4 cup of the cooking water from the rutabaga and potato pot."
