A combination of Quaker's Prize Winning Meatloaf and their Classic Meatloaf recipes.

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Tomato Juice, low sodium preferred; can substitute v-8
  • 2 cloves Garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, tomato juice, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow for flavors to blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Quaker Oats
  • 34 cup Onion, chopped

Step 3

Add oats and onion to bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Lean Ground Beef

Step 4

Add Ground beef to bowl and, using your hands, mix gently until well combined.

Step 5

On a foiled lined, rimmed baking sheet form the meat mixture into a loaf shape. Bake 1 hour to medium (160°F) doneness. Let stand 5 minutes; drain off any juices before slicing.

Step 6

Variation: Instead of forming meat into one large loaf, divide mixture evenly into cups of a muffin pan. I use a large-size, 6-muffin silicone muffin pan. Baking time will be reduced to roughly 30-40 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
