Mexican twist on an Italian favorite.

Ingredients
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F. In skillet brown beef over high heat and then drain.

Stir in seasonings, water, and cheese, heat to boiling stirring occasionally; reduce heat to medium-high. Simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted, stirring occasionally

Step 3
Add beans heat until warm

Step 4
In a 2 quart casserole dish layer with 1 tortilla 1/4 of the salsa, meat/bean mixture and cheese. Repeat layering until cheese is the top

Step 5
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
