Michelle's Spaghetti And Meat Sauce

Really good and easy meat pasta sauce!



  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped

Step 1

Saute ground beef and onions until beef is cooked through. Drain excess oil.


  • 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 12 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped (or use garden gourmet in the tube)
  • 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes, 28 ounces each
  • 6 ounces Tomato Paste
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 1 12 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 14 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step 2

Add garlic, parsley, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, basil, salt oregano and pepper to the ground beef and onion mixture.

Step 3

Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes, preferrably longer, stirring occasionally.


  • 1 pound Spaghetti

Step 4

Cook spaghetti in well salted water according to package directions. Drain. Spoon meat sauce over pasta and serve immediately. If not serving right away, mix a bit of sauce into the pasta to prevent it from sticking.
