Michelle's Waldorf Salad

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Apple, (gala, fuji or empire, preferred)

Step 1

Core and chop both apples into bite-sized pieces and put in a good size bowl.


  • 12 cup Celery, chopped
  • 12 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 12 cup Craisins, (can sub raisins, dried cherries, etc)
  • 1 splash Lemon Juice, to prevent browning

Step 2

Add to apples. Toss to coat with the lemon juice.


  • Hellman's Light Mayonnaise

Step 3

Add enough mayonnaise to just bind everything together. Careful not to add too much.
