Mint Chocolate Brittle

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


  • 1 bag Mint & Chocolate Chips
  • 12 bag White Chocolate Chips

Step 2

Place foil/wax paper onto baking sheet. Blend all 3 chocolate chips together, lay out onto baking sheet in a single layer. Then push together so there are few gaps. Bake for 3 minutes.


  • 1 bag Slivered Almonds

Step 3

In bag, smash almonds to break them up a bit. Removed chocolate and smooth with a knife. Sprinkle almonds over chocolate, hit onto counter a few times to get the almonds to settle. Or push gently with your hand to get them into the chocolate. Place into freezer until it hardens.

Step 4

Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
