Mint Chocolate Chip Frosting

  • 34 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 14 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Step 1

Beat butter on low for 2 minutes, until creamy. Add vanilla, beat 1 minute.


  • 1 23 cups Powdered Sugar
  • pinch Salt

Step 2

Gradually add powdered sugar and salt; beat 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.


  • 14 Chocolate Mint Candies, andres after dinner mints, chopped
  • 3 drops Green Food Coloring, or more if desired

Step 3

Add mint candies and food coloring; beat 2-3 minutes until creamy and blended.
