Minty Pink Lemonade

Minty Pink Lemonade

  • 3 cups Strawberries

Step 1

Remove the stems from the strawberries.


  • 1 Lemon

Step 2

Peel, quarter, and seed the lemon.


  • 12 cup Simple Syrup, plus more if needed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 drops Rose Water, optional

Step 3

Place the strawberries, lemon, cooled simple syrup, water, and rose water, if using, in a blender, and process until smooth.

Step 4

Taste the juice for sweetness, and add more simple syrup if needed.

Step 5

Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve, and set aside.


  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint Sprig, for garnish
  • Strawberries, for garnish

Step 6

Fill a large pitcher with ice, mint leaves, and strawberry slices. Pour in the strawberry-lemon juice.


  • Sparkling Water

Step 7

Top with sparkling water. Place in the refrigerator until well chilled, about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Pour the lemonade into chilled glasses, and serve.
