Lighten up your fish supper with a beany salad. Great value and great flavours

Ingredients
Step 1
Mix the honey and mustard with a splash of lemon juice and seasoning, then marinate the salmon in it for a couple of minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a small pan, add the garlic and cook gently for 3-4 minutes. Add the beans and warm through. Add the rest of lemon juice and the zest and season.

Step 3
Grill the salmon for 7-8 minutes until just cooked through (no need to turn over). Toss the beans with the rocket and serve with the salmon.
