  • 12 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 14 small Onion, sliced
  • 12 teaspoon Barbecue Sauce

Step 1

For barbecue onions: In small skillet, heat oil. Add onion and sauté until it begins to soften. Add barbeque sauce and continue sautéing, stirring frequently, until onion is thoroughly wilted.


  • 1 cup Broccoli Florettes
  • 12 cup Cauliflower Florettes, (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Red Cabbage, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Squash, finely grated

Step 2

Cut broccoli florets into thin lengths. Break cauliflower into tiny florets. Combine with carrot, cabbage, and squash, and mix thoroughly.


  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla or Pita
  • 1 tablespoon Almonaise, (vegan mayo)
  • 12 cup Lettuce, finely shredded
  • 12 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 2 slices Avocado, (optional)
  • 1 dash Celtic Sea Salt, (optional)

Step 3

Heat tortilla or pita in a skillet or toaster oven until soft but not crisp. Spread with almonaise. Add broccoli and cauliflower; then grated vegetables; then onions; then lettuce, sprouts, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt. Roll tortilla and serve. Serves 1.
