Homemade nutella



  • 7 ounces Hazelnuts

Step 1

Roast the hazelnuts on the stove. Let cool, then put into food processor. Process until they are the consistency of peanut butter.


  • 9 ounces Baking Chocolate, or extra dark chocolate

Step 2

Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.


  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Step 3

Pour the melted chocolate into a mixing bowl and stir in sweetened condensed milk.


  • 12 cup Milk

Step 4

Add chocolate mixture to hazelnut butter and mix. Ad milk as needed to get the desired consistency.

Step 5

Immediately pour into storage dish and enjoy!
