One Pot Pasta

  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 12 34 ounces Smoked Andouille Sausage, sliced thinly
  • 1 Onion, sliced thin
  • 3 cups Grape Tomato, cut in half
  • 2 cups Basil, fresh loosly packed, you may alos use dried basil, not as much though
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1

Combine in large dutch oven or stockpot with 4 1/2 cups water.

Step 2

Bring to boil: reduce heat and simmer uncovered until pasta is cooked through and liquid is reduced,, usually 8-10 minutes.


  • 1 cup Parmesan

Step 3

Stir in Parmesan if desired.
