Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed

Step 1

Whisk egg and add salt and pepper, dredge chicken.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Cornstarch
  • 14 cup Flour

Step 2

Mix cornstarch and flour. Dredge chicken in flour mixture then fry, set aside.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 12 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 12 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 12 tablespoons Water
  • 3 12 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest

Step 3

In the same skillet, add oil and the rest of the seasonings. Add chicken back to the skillet, coat in the sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Step 4

Mix corn starch and water to create a slurry. Add to the skillet and mix until sauce is gooey.
