Oven Roast Yukon Gold Fries

Simple and fast alternative to heavy fries.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 6 Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into wedges as instructed

Step 1

Wash potatoes but leave unpeeled. Cut into wedges, approximately 12-ths by cutting each quarter into three wedges.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons Herbs de Provence

Step 2

Toss with olive oil and herbs in a bowl to coat.
 

Step 3

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange potatoes on cookie sheet. Roast in oven at 400-degrees about 20 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness.
