Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Jelly

Step 1

Using a rolling pin, flatten both pieces of bread. Spread peanut butter in the center of both pieces. Spread jelly on top of peanut butter on one of the bread slices, place the bread together.
 

Step 2

Cut into a circle using a cookie cutter, or small cup. Crimp edges with a fork.
 

Step 3

Serve immediately or wrap in saran wrap, then in foil and freeze. Thaw out when ready to eat.
