Paleo Sandwich Bread

Low carb, paleo, gluten free sandwich bread

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 12 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12 cup Arrowroot Powder

Step 1

Mix together.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 12 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Step 2

Melt butter. Whisk together with the eggs, apple cider vinegar and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Flax Seeds

Step 3

Combine the with the dry mix and pour batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 " medium loaf pan greased or lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with 1 tsp whole flaxseeds on top.
 

Step 4

Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
