Paula Deen's Pumpkin Cheesecake

The queen of southern hospitality doesn't disappoint with this yummy dessert. Make sure this is on your Thanksgiving menu.

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Ingredients

  • 1 34 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 stick Butter, melted

Step 2

For crust: In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter. Press down flat into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages Cream Cheese, 8 oz each, at room temperature
  • 1 can Canned Pumpkin Puree, 15 oz
  • 3 Eggs, plus 1 egg yolk
  • 14 cup Sour Cream
  • 18 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 12 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

Step 3

For filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.
 

Step 4

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
