Directions

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Preserved (Stem) Ginger, sliced
  • 6 Peaches, large, ripe

Step 1

Place one or two slices of ginger in all the sections of an ice cube tray. Halve and stone (pit) the peaches then push through a juicer. Make 7 fl oz cant 1 cup of the peach juice up to 1 1/4 with water. Pour into the ice cube tray. Freeze.

Ingredients

  • 23 cup Peach Brandy
  • 1 Sparkling Wine, bottle

Step 2

When frozen solid, carefully remove the ice cubes from the tray and divide among eight to ten wine glasses. Stir the brandy into the remaining peach juice, mix well, and pour over the ice cubes. Top up with the sparkling wine and serve immediately.
