Great refreshment to serve before the main course!

Ingredients
Step 1
Put the pieces of pear together with the lemon juice, apple juice, wodka and a 3 leaves of mint in a pan and slowly boil the mixture for 15 minutes. Afterwards wait until the mixture has been totally cooled of. Mash the mixture in a blender and scoop it into a freezer dish. Put the mixture in a freezer for two hours. After two hours mash the mixture and put it in a freezer for another two hours.

Take the freezer dish out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving. Scoop the pear sorbet into cocktail or champagne glasses. Poor some champagne into the glasses and decorate with some leafes of mint.
