Penne Pasta Bake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


  • 12 ounces Penne Pasta

Step 2

Cook pasta to al dente and drain.


  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 15 ounces Tomato Sauce, 1 can
  • 15 ounces Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
  • 6 ounces Tomato Paste, 1 can
  • 12 cup Water

Step 3

Cook meat and onions in a skillet for 5 minutes, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.


  • 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Step 4

Layer half pasta, half sauce, and half cheese in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
