Coat the chicken breast with desired amount of pepper. Put chicken breasts in large frying pan that's heated to medium heat. Cover with lid. Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side.

Add red onion and garlic to frying pan that's over low-medium heat. When you flip the chicken (after about 5-8 minutes on first side), add the apples and cherries.
