Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

Step 1

Beat butter at medium speed for 3 minutes, until creamy.

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • pinch Salt
  • 20 Peppermint Candies, finely crushed

Step 2

Reduce speed to low; gradually add sugar, vanilla and salt; beat until blended. Add peppermint candies; beat 5 minutes until mixture is blended and smooth.
