Persian Cauliflower Rice

  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Step 1

In a lg. sauté pan, melt Butter over med-high.


  • 1 12 teaspoons Ras el Hanout, (moroccan spice blend, found in spice aisle)
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Turmeric

Step 2

Stir in Ras El Hanout & Turmeric.


  • 2 bags Cauliflower Rice, thawed if frozen (12 oz. each)

Step 3

Add Cauliflower; cook 5-7 min, stirring, until pieces start to brown.


  • 34 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 14 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 12 cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped

Step 4

Stir in Salt, Pomegranate Seeds, Parsley, & Walnuts.
