Ingredients

  • 14 pound Baby Spinach
  • 12 cup Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 14 pound Baby Spinach
  • 14 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 10 ounces Frozen Peas, defrosted
  • 10 ounces Frozen Peas, defrosted
  • 12 cup Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 14 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts

Step 1

Wash and dry Spinach leaves. Place spinach and peas' in a large bowl. Add pesto and parm. Sprinkle with SAlt. Toss. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

  • 14 Pine Nuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 34 cup Shredded Parmesan

combine basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and parm cheese in a food processor until smooth.
