  • 16 ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar, grated by hand
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 jar Diced Pimientos, drained
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 drops Ghost Pepper Oil, Florida Fire Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Layer ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix with wooden spatula until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.
