Pineapple Shrimp Packets

Individual packets cooked in foil.



  • 1 can Canned Sliced Pineapple, 6 slices will be used
  • 13 cup Sweet Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 12 pounds Medium Shrimp, uncoooked; peeled & deveined
  • 13 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon Seafood Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, cubed

Step 1

For each foil packet, place a pineapple slice on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. (about 12 in. square.) Top with shrimp and red pepper. Combine brown sugar and seafood seasoning; sprinkle over shrimp. Dot with butter. Fold foil around the mixture and seal tightly.

Step 2

Grill covered over medium heat for 10-15 mintues or until shrimp turn pink. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
