  • 1 whole Pineapple, cut into chunks

Step 1

Freeze pineapple chunks.


  • 1 cup Coconut Milk, or any kind of milk

Step 2

When pineapple chunks are completely frozen, put them into a blender with coconut milk and blend. Scrape down sides a few times to make sure it is all even.

Step 3

You can put the whip into a ziplock bag and cut a hole to pipe it into a ice cream cone.
