Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Pie

Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Pie

Cold dessert for a hot summer's day.



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.


  • 34 Gingersnap Crumbs
  • 23 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 14 cup Butter, melted

Step 2

In a bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter.

Step 3

Press mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of 8- to 9- inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool.


  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
  • 1 can Frozen Concentrated Pink Lemonade, thawed

Step 4

Combine ice cream and lemonade.


  • 1 Lemon, slices

Step 5

Mix well and pour into crust. Freeze until firm. Garnish with thin lemon slices and serve frozen or slightly thawed.
