Directions

 

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. lINE A BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.

Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Sea Salt, too taste

Step 2

Cut each pita into 8 triangles. Arrange on the baking sheet then brush with olive oil, flip and apply olive oil again. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
 

Step 3

Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy brown. I have found flipping them part of the way through gets a more even crisp.
